General conditions of Sale
The ordering and purchasing process is only possible after creating a customer account or guest session in the online store, which must follow the various sequential steps of the ordering process that will allow the purchase to be registered.
Payment methods
Once the order is completed, the purchase will be registered and, if the payment method selected is MBWAY or ATM reference, there will be a defined deadline for the payment of the order to be completed. At the end of this period, if there is no confirmation of payment, the order will be cancelled. Some payment methods allow the recording of the data necessary to carry out the payment transaction - namely, PayPal and Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa). However, in this context, no personal data will be stored, so their management should be done directly with the provider of the respective service.
Credit card
Payment via credit card allows you to enjoy the advantages of liquidity and payment terms that your bank offers.
All transactions on our website are secure, and we emphasize, once again, that the data associated with the card, in addition to its identification by the last four digits, will not be saved. The managing entity of this payment method is Stripe.
ATM
Payments via Multibanco can be made through the ATM network or through your Homebanking.
Once the ordering process is completed, an ATM reference will be generated. The customer will receive this reference in the order confirmation email.
To make payment at an ATM, you must select the option "Payment for Services/Purchases" and enter the corresponding entity, reference and amount.
The order will be shipped on the business day following payment for the order.
Warning: since the bank reference generated for payment has a limited validity, failure to verify payment within such period will result in the cancellation of the order.
MB WAY
The customer can pay for his order via the MB WAY payment system. For this purpose, in the ordering process, you must select this payment method and indicate the mobile number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps.
delivery process
The process of sending orders will start after confirmation of payment of the respective order.
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be notified via email with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow the order to be tracked on the carrier's website.
The shipping information may take up to 24 hours, counted from the receipt of the shipment confirmation, to be updated on the carrier's website without any liability being attributed to Zesty.
Delivery times are different depending on the delivery area of the order, with a maximum limit of four working days after order confirmation.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. Deliveries may occur on selected days during the summer period.
The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to Zesty and generate additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing data indicated.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system and may depend on the following factors:
- order value*;
- delivery adress;
- carrier tariffs.
* The offer of shipping costs for orders with a certain minimum purchase value will only apply to situations where the delivery address is located in mainland Portugal.
Cancellations and returns process
Order Cancellation

Devolution
The user has a reflection period of 14 days, during which he can return the product if he is not satisfied, as long as the product has not been used or tampered with.
To start the return process, the user must contact the Support Service by sending an email to info@zesty.pt with the indication that he intends to return items from his order. In this information, the user must communicate the following data:
Online Order No.;
Number of Items per Reference to be returned;
Return Reason;
Reimbursement
The refund period is made to the same bank account with which the order was placed and may take up to 15 working days to be received at destination. It is only applicable in returns, or in the non-delivery of products due to spontaneous out of stock - in any case, you will always be notified of such action.
Any refund must always be requested by email, and for a faster process it is recommended to indicate: the reason, the email associated with the order or order number, the payment method used.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
