vegan petit gateau

Ingredients:

  • 13 tablespoons of plant-based milk
  • 80g of coconut sugar
  • 100g of oat or spelt flour
  • 1 tablespoon of ground and sifted flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 piece of Zesty chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar

Preparation:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients (flaxseed flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda).
  2. Next, add the wet ingredients (almond milk, coconut oil, and vinegar).
  3. Mix everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the batter in a greased mold and a piece of Zesty chocolate in the middle. Add another tablespoon of batter.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes (for larger ovens) or 10 to 12 minutes for smaller ovens.
