We all love homemade cookies, right? And what if they are healthy cookies with few ingredients and easy to make? Sam Healthy Bakery has created a special, vegan, and delicious recipe!

Vegan chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 5 cookies:

  • 60g almond butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 40g Zesty chocolate

Preparation:

  1. Combine almond butter with coconut sugar and vanilla.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients with a spoon.
  3. Chill the dough for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Scoop out 50g of the dough and fill it with a square of Zesty chocolate. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
  6. Let them cool.
  7. Enjoy!
