Recipe: Healthy Chocolate Pistachio Banana Bread
Versatile, delicious and nutritious, this healthy banana bread is ideal to start the day, serve with tea or cappuccino for guests, or to end a meal with the perfect sweet touch.

 Preparation time: 7 min | Cooking time: 35 min
 Ingredients:
 2-3 ripe bananas
 1 egg
 100ml vegetable drink
 130g oat flour
 1 teaspoon yeast
 1 H1 Hazelnut Chocolate Bar
 Pistachio qb
 H2 Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream qb
 Preparation: 
Start by crushing the bananas in 2 and add the flour, baking powder and H1 ZESTY Hazelnut Chocolate in small pieces;
 To this mixture, add the egg and the vegetable drink, as well as the chopped pistachios;
 Grease the pan and add the dough;
 Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes;
 Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding;
 Serve the slices with H2 ZESTY Hazelnut and Cocoa Cream and the remaining chopped pistachios.
