Vegan croissants filled with chocolate
Ingredients:
. 1 package vegan puff pastry (available at Lidl)
. Chocolate Zesty, to taste
. Plant-based milk, to taste
. Pinch of Saffron
. 1 tablespoon agave syrup
Preparation:
1- Place the puff pastry on the countertop. Divide the puff pastry into small triangles. Make a small cut at the base of each triangle.
2- Chop the Chocolate Zesty into medium pieces with the help of a knife. Place some pieces at the base of each triangle, roll it up to form the croissant. Repeat the process for the remaining triangles.
3- In a bowl, mix plant-based milk, saffron, and agave syrup. Brush this mixture on top of the croissants.
4- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C with parchment paper! Leave in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
