Zesty came about after a long journey of self-discovery. I felt lost between career changes, training and even country changes, because I believed that my happiness depended on professional success. I found an escape in exercise, but I was obsessed with a body that wasn’t mine, oscillating between dietary restrictions, calorie counting and excesses. Little by little, I adopted a plant-based diet, but anxiety led me to sugary sweets.

Until my perspective on the world changed and Zesty found me. I realized that life is sweet with a positive mindset. I understood that for lasting dietary changes, I must focus on feeling good, energized and motivated. I learned to listen better to my body and mind, feeding them with positivity, wisdom and generosity.
