Recipe: Sugar-Free Vegan Waffle

This is the ideal recipe for days when you have no ideas for snacks and breakfast and are looking for an energy boost.

With just 5 ingredients and packed with nutrients, these vegan waffles are ready in just a few minutes and are ideal for meal prep - just prepare the batter and store in the fridge to use throughout the week!

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of plant-based milk
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

Preparation:
- Start by heating the waffle maker;
- In a bowl, mix the banana, plant-based milk, baking powder, maple syrup and cinnamon, and mix. Then add the oat flour and mix until the dough starts to bubble;
- When the machine is hot, grease it with coconut oil or olive oil. Pour the batter into the machine (about 3-4 tablespoons per waffle) and cook until the waffles are golden brown;
- Top with fresh fruit and H2 ZESTY hazelnut and cocoa cream .
