Vegan chocolate petit gateau
Ingredients:
- 13 tablespoons of plant-based milk
- 80g of coconut sugar
- 100g of oat or spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon of ground and sifted flaxseed
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 piece of Zesty chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
Preparation:
- Mix all dry ingredients (flaxseed flour, cocoa, coconut sugar, salt, and baking soda).
- Next, add the wet ingredients (almond milk, coconut oil, and vinegar).
- Mix everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Place a tablespoon of the batter in a greased mold and a piece of Zesty chocolate in the middle. Add another tablespoon of batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes (for larger ovens) or 10 to 12 minutes for smaller ovens.
